Cancellation of item.

Under the UK’s Consumer contracts regulations consumers generally have a 14-day cooling off period to cancel a distant sale (online, mail, or phone order) in this case  you purchased via www.bbbap.uk  without giving a reason. This period starts the day after the item is received. To cancel, you must inform us within the 14-day window and then return the goods within 14 days of cancelling, outside of this window cancellation and refund will not apply.

Customer must pay for postage for returning item, we offer free return postage only if the mistake was on our part eg damaged product received or errors made by us. 

If you decide to cancel after delivery you will have to pay for return of items and must be in the orginal packaging with tags if provided. Return items must be by signed or tracked by royal mail.

However there are exceptions to the rule – 

As we sell made to order products. Each item is custom crafted specifically for you, based on your selected specifications. As a result, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

This does not invalid your customer rights and if you contact us we will our best to help you solve your issue.

Faulty & Returns.

The Products must be checked by the Consumer at the time of their delivery to ensure they match the items ordered and that there are no evident of damage to delivery package. If damage has occurred customer can refuse to accept package and give back to the Courier.

Production faults or defects of conformity:

Any anomalies (including, by way of example and not limitation, any tampering or damage to the box containing the Products) found by the Consumer should be pictured and emailed to us straight away at the time of receiving product (limitation of time would mean no more the 12hrs of delivered parcel), failure to do so with in time frame will invalidate your claim for refund or exchange.

Return free of charge to us for a full refund or exchange to the same value if fault has been agreed.

Refunds & Exchange.

Please allow up to Seven (7) working days for refunds to be processed to the original method of payment. 

Exchanges will be shipped out once item is returned and quality checked.

If refund or exchange cannot be processed as the cooling off period has lapsed, we could offer a credit to the value paid subject to our discretion.
