Cancellation of item.
Under the UK’s Consumer contracts regulations consumers generally have a 14-day cooling off period to cancel a distant sale (online, mail, or phone order) in this case you purchased via www.bbbap.uk without giving a reason. This period starts the day after the item is received. To cancel, you must inform us within the 14-day window and then return the goods within 14 days of cancelling, outside of this window cancellation and refund will not apply.
Customer must pay for postage for returning item, we offer free return postage only if the mistake was on our part eg damaged product received or errors made by us.
If you decide to cancel after delivery you will have to pay for return of items and must be in the orginal packaging with tags if provided. Return items must be by signed or tracked by royal mail.
However there are exceptions to the rule –

Use of Goods.
The Goods are sold are warranted as being fit for this purpose only. Where the Company provides the Customer with information or advice to ensure that the Goods will be safe the Customer agrees to use the Goods in accordance with this information. Other than the Customer’s statutory rights the Company shall not be liable for injury or loss suffered by the Customer where the Customer fails to follow the Company’s conditions, recommendations or warnings.
Faulty & Returns.
The Products must be checked by the Consumer at the time of their delivery to ensure they match the items ordered and that there are no evident of damage to delivery package. If damage has occurred customer can refuse to accept package and give back to the Courier.
Production faults or defects of conformity:
Any anomalies (including, by way of example and not limitation, any tampering or damage to the box containing the Products) found by the Consumer should be pictured and emailed to us straight away at the time of receiving product (limitation of time would mean no more the 12hrs of delivered parcel), failure to do so with in time frame will invalidate your claim for refund or exchange.

Return free of charge to us for a full refund or exchange to the same value if fault has been agreed.
Refunds & Exchange.
Please allow up to Seven (7) working days for refunds to be processed to the original method of payment.
Exchanges will be shipped out once item is returned and quality checked.
If refund or exchange cannot be processed as the cooling off period has lapsed, we could offer a credit to the value paid subject to our discretion.
Delivery Instructions.
Once your order has been placed it will go into production.
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 48hr or Royal Mail 48hr signed for.
The Products shall be shipped to the card holder address provided by the Consumer unless alternative address on the Order Form.
For security reasons, bbbap.uk does not ship orders to mailboxes and does not accept orders where the individual recipient of the order and their address cannot be identified.
Unless otherwise stated on the Website standard delivery charges applies on all purchases, unless free delivery for product is triggered all shipping costs are borne by customer and are detailed in the Order Form and relative invoice as detailed.
All the purchases are delivered by selected courier service (hereinafter, the “Courier”) with tracked and signed for from Monday to Friday, sometimes Saturday excluding also local or national bank holidays, from the day following the dispatch of the Order Confirmation, and in any case within 10 (ten) working days from the same, based on the stated availability. bbbap.uk shall not be liable for delays attributable to the Courier.
At the time of shipping of the Product purchased by the Consumer receives an email to the address indicated in the Order Form, containing a shipment tracking code and a link to allow the Consumer to track the delivery in real time.
bbbap.uk shall provide its assistance to the Consumer for any delivery issues through its Client Services, which may be contacted in the manners indicated on the Website.
In case of any issues with delivery or if the Consumer did not receive the Products within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the Order Confirmation, the Consumer is invited to contact bbbap.uk using the contact methods listed in the “Contact Us” section of the Website.
