These variations do not constitute a fault.

4. Made-to-Order Products

All BBBAP garments are produced specifically after your order has been placed.

This helps reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction.

As production begins shortly after an order is confirmed, orders cannot always be amended or cancelled once production has started.

Please ensure all sizes, colours and delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Payment

We accept secure payments using approved payment providers, including:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna (where available)

Payment must be successfully authorised before production or dispatch begins.

7. Order Acceptance

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.

A contract between you and BBBAP is formed once your order has been accepted and production or dispatch begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • Products are unavailable.

  • Pricing errors occur.

  • Fraud is suspected.

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • We are unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been taken, any applicable refund will be processed using your original payment method.

8. Delivery

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by Royal Mail, severe weather, industrial action or circumstances beyond our control do not automatically entitle customers to compensation.

9. Exchanges & Faulty Items

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the incorrect size

  • Ordering the incorrect colour

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
